If our pre-built Packets already cover what you need, Free will do the job. If you want your agency's exact process in there, Pro is the one you want.

You can copy and rename any Packet on any plan. Actually editing what's inside it, adding, removing, or reordering steps, requires Pro.

Yes, on the Pro plan. If your agency has a process for it, you can turn it into a Packet from scratch.

We're starting with the stuff agencies deal with all the time: new employee onboarding, new business quoting, binding and issuance, renewal reviews, claims intake, employee offboarding, producer-to-service handoffs, and internal agency operations. We'll keep adding more.

The employee sees it in their account along with the due date. They open it and work through the checklist. As they complete steps, their progress is saved and you can see where things stand.

Yes. That's one of the main reasons we built it. You can see what's in progress, what's complete, and what's overdue without walking around asking everybody for updates.

No. Employees see the Packets assigned to them. Managers and owners can see the agency's assignments and progress. Your CSR doesn't need a command center. They need to know what they're supposed to get done.

Not yet. The first version is intentionally simple. We're focused on getting the core thing right first: assign the process, follow the steps, and know it got done.

Of course you do. Every agency has its own carriers, systems, people, responsibilities, and way of doing things. Our Packets give you a starting point you can rename and make your own on any plan. If you want to change what's actually inside them, or build your own from scratch, that's Pro.
